Classes

Tuesday evenings, 7:00pm – 9:00pm, adults and teenagers

7:00 – 7:15 is for arriving, getting ready, and any personal warming-up
7:15 sharp is when we begin
8:45 is when we finish the lesson and begin the cool-down
8:45 – 9:00 is for tidying away, getting changed, and leaving the venue
9:30 is when the venue closes!

Please note that the classes are currently intended for adults, although teenagers (13+) are welcome to accompany a parent. We are not yet ready to open any children-focused classes although we would like to do so in future.

Venue

St Mary’s Millennium Centre
31 Meadow Lane, West Derby, Liverpool, L12 5EA

The venue has on-site parking, toilets, changing facilities, drinking water.

Parking: please use the carpark on Meadow Lane, opposite the school carpark; the gates for the carpark by the church may be closed at unpredictable times, but the Millennium Centre carpark will remain open for the duration of our booking!
