We are back in the hall this evening for some more karate practice after the Christmas and New Year break.
But what are we practising FOR? Why do we do this?
When you start doing karate as a beginner, you will find many things difficult, but you will start to notice:
- improved physical coordination
- easier breathing
- limbs that feel “alive” rather than just tired and heavy
- a sense of satisfaction that you can achieve something
If you constantly feel tired, sluggish, and generally down, then maybe taking up something like karate can help you feel happier and healthier – and who knows where this might lead?
